Recipe: Crust: 225g All-Purpose Flour 90g Butter 1 Tbsp Sugar 1/4tsp Salt 1/8tsp Baking Powder 80g Water Filling: 250g Skimmed Milk(Milkboy Brand) 250g Sugar 4pcs Eggs 200g Evaporated milk 400g Water 📣tips 📣 *I'm using Milkboy brand for skimmed milk powder, haven't tried different brand yet. *do not over-mix the dough. *no need for meringue to have a brown crust, the bubbles formed while blending will gives you the brown crust.
