While it seeks to harmonize Scripture with modern science, this perspective often compromises the plain reading of Genesis 1–2, which presents creation as a direct act of God by His Word, not through random mutations and natural selection. God is both Creator and Sustainer, who spoke creation into existence in six days, making man in His image uniquely from the dust of the ground (Genesis 2:7). Evolution undermines the historicity of Adam, the doctrine of original sin, and ultimately the gospel of Christ as the second Adam. 📖 Bible Readings: Matthew 19:4 (Matthew 19:4-6; Genesis 1:1, 26–27; Genesis 2:7; Romans 5:12–19; 1 Corinthians 15:21–22) 👨🏻‍💻 Teachings: 1.
