ලොකු කුඩා කඋරුත් පැණිරසටකැමති නේ.ඉතින් අපි අද අරාබි අතුරුපසක් වන ගේමත් හදමු. ඉතාමත් පහසුවෙන් හදාගන්න පුලුවන් මේ අතුරුපස ඔයාලත් හදල මේ දවස් වල ගෙදර ඉන්න අපේ පොඩිත්තන්ව සතුටු කරමු. අව්‍ශ්‍ය දේ 1. මදරස්නේ වතුර 200g 2. ඊස්ට් මේ 1,1/4 3.සීනී මේ 1 4. පිටි 200g 5. කෝන් පි‍ටි මේ 1,1/2 6. බේකින් පවුඩර් තේ 1 7. තෙල් මේ 1,1/2 8. බැදීමට අව්‍ශ්‍ය තරම් තෙල් සීනී සිරප් එකට 9. සීනී 300g 10. වතුර 300ml Ingredients 1. 200ml of lukewarm water 2. 1,1/2tbs of yeast 3. 1tbs of sugar 4. 200g of flour 5. 1,1/2tbs of corn flour 6. 1tsp of baking powder 7. 1,1/2tbs of oil 8. just enough oil to fry For the sugar syrup 9. 300g of sugar 10. 300ml of water Today we make an Arabic dessert.
