"JACOB'S RETURN TO BETHEL"

Genesis 35:1–21 God calls Jacob to return to Bethel, where he builds an altar and renews his commitment to God. God changes Jacob’s name to Israel and reaffirms His covenant promises. Along the journey, Rachel dies giving birth to Benjamin, a reminder of both sorrow and God’s continued faithfulness through every season of life.
