Auto-Bottom Cartoner for Pouches with Robotic Collation and Loading

ESS Model VC30 Vertical Cartoner for auto-bottom cartons uses FANUC robots to erect the carton, collate pouches and load them into the carton. A top closer folds and tucks the carton. Closed cartons are removed using a FANUC CRX-10iA collaborative robot that places the cartons on a rack for downstream packaging.
