An automated packaging line loading tubes into cartons. This system was designed to increase throughput, reduce production costs, and remove the bottle neck from their manufacturing operation. The packaging system includes: 1. Crash lock carton erector 2. High-speed robotic pick & place cell 3. Hot-melt glue carton closer With integrated IP cameras and remote connectivity for a complete after-sales service and support package. One size of box arrives from the Tekpak Case Erector via conveyer to the Robotic Pick & Place Cell. One size of product arrives via conveyers to the Robotic Pick & Place Cell. The robot arm picks the product and places it into the boxes until they are full.
