Great South Run 2026: Can I break 1hr 20?

Portsmouth. My “second city”. The place I made home for three years in the 1990s and a place I love. I’ve always fancied doing the Great South Run and when I was in the last few days of prepping for the Great North Run I thought “yeah let’s do it!” I’ve not been well the last few weeks and have barely ran since the Great North Run so a PB was out of the question today!! This was about having fun and enjoying running!
