Pokemon Draft League Viability Analysis #2: Cloyster

Welcome everybody! KleverKrok back with a new series: Pokemon Draft League Viability. Our second session will be spent on discussing the usage and viability of Cloyster in the draft league format. WARNING: This is strictly my opinion based on my experience on Pokemon Showdown and is geared towards the draft league format. I currently run a league known as the Gentlemens' Training Association, or GTA for short. I hope you check out some of the other GTA videos on the channel as well!
