How AI Can Give Millions Of Students Personalised Education

I had the honour of serving as Chairman of the 5th International Colloquium hosted by the Distance Learning Institute, University of Lagos. Theme: “Reimagining the Open Distance Learning Ecosystem: Technology, Policy and Institutional Priorities.” With Nigeria’s growing student population, we must rethink the architecture of higher education. Distance Learning is no longer a second-tier option. It is a central pillar of a modern education system - one powered by AI and technology to make learning personalised, accessible, and available to every learner, anytime. The task before us: build an education ecosystem that is broader in reach, deeper in quality, and resilient by design. My commendations to Keynote Speaker Emeritus Prof. Stephen Brown for an exceptional presentation. And congratulations to Chief Host, VC of UNILAG Prof. Folasade Ogunsola; Host, DLI Director Prof. Risikat Oladoyin Dauda; and the entire DLI team for a landmark colloquium. #YemiOsinbajo #Education #ArtificialIntelligence #DistanceLearning #UNILAG #Nigeria #HigherEducation #Africa ********************************** The official YouTube Channel for Oluyemi Oluleke Osinbajo, a Nigerian Lawyer and Politician who served as the Vice President of Nigeria from the 29th of May 2015 to the 29th of May 2023.
