A visit to hampi's boulders resort - Walk To Waterfall - Anegundi Travel Ep. 3

In this video we will have a visit to hampi's boulders resort and will do A Walk To Waterfall of Tungabhadra river. First of all this is not the conventional waterfall that we know about, people here call a massive flow of Tungabhadra river through the boulders as waterfall. As you can notice that in the video and it is mentioned on Hampis Boulders Resort website as well. This activity is provided by the resort itself, for us it was a complimentary activity, this activity can be done in the morning or in the late evening to avoid the heat during the day. This walk to the waterfall is of around 20 to 30 mins, you need to cross the river at least 2 to 3 times, when the river flow is on higher side this cannot be done, so basically in rainy season it cannot be done. We opted for early morning schedule. A Hampi's Boulders Resort staff accompanied us, he helped us tackle the route, if you are okay to come back on your own you can ask staff to leave or else they can stay with you for 15 mins or so as they need to pick other members as well. But it is not that difficult to go back on your own. Wear good waterproof hiking or trekking shoes those will help, we did not know about that earlier. Now coming to a question why one should invest time in do this waterfall walk, well because it is such a wonderful experience, when you hear the noise that river makes flowing through the boulders it's mesmerizing, walking over the boulders and crossing the river is a unique experience, the peace that you get here in the wilderness is totally unmatched. This is a private property so there is no disturbance of tourists coming to such place and create chaos with selfie stunts and so on. So, in totality if you are visiting Hampis Boulders Resort then this activity is a must do activity. This video cannot justify the experience that you feel on your own by being there. It is that divine.
