Putin raises nuclear threat over Kaliningrad | Sigita Struberga

Lithuania has decided to deploy troops to the border with Russia's Kaliningrad exclave following a security incident in neighboring Latvia. Is it merely a precautionary measure, or a sign of a growing threat? “At this stage, there is no evidence of a conventional military threat,” says Sigita Struberga, Secretary-General of the Latvian Transatlantic Organization, in World Talks.
