High Speed Wheel Divert

A wheel divert sorter utilizes rows of powered wheels positioned at each divert point. Wheel diverts can be used across various industries handling a variety of products ranging from cartons, totes, or polybags. These diverts are modular and can be integrated between conveyors. Our high-speed wheel diverts can run up to 2.5m/s and sorting rates are dependent on product size and the particular gapping required for scanning.
