Diablo 3: Season 30 PTR Necro No Cache 1-70 in under 42 minutes

Soul shards + Visions + the Altar will make leveling the fastest it's ever been. Granted, this is the PTR, so on live, probably add 30 minutes. Still, 1h15m to 70 without using your Challenge Cache would still be pretty good.
