Over 2,500 kilometers and 9 unforgettable days, we cycle from the sunny Mediterranean coast of Spain into the heart of the Alps and the Dolomites, battling temperatures as low as -15°C, snowstorms, icy mountain roads, and our own physical limits. Along the way, we combine bikepacking, ski touring, and van life, crossing four spectacular winter mountain passes while chasing a surprisingly ambitious goal: finding the perfect Kaiserschmarrn.
