Röö guitars #004 - neck part 2 (fretwork)

From start to finish: bending the fret wire cutting to length trimming tangs (StewMac tang nipper) filing flat (the cutter leaves a bit of the tang) cleaning with lighter fluid filing the slots' edges a tiny bit installing frets (medium superglue and a Crimson Guitars hemmer) trimming the overhand flush filing edges flush with the neck filing a gentle bevel (I like the usable surface of frets as wide as possible) filing fret ends (Crimson Guitars fret ends file) filling fret slot ends with a thin superglue and fretboard dust sanding off the glue and dust straightening the neck for fret levelling fret levelling (Crimson Guitars levelling beam with 400 grit paper) taping the fretboard up for fret crowning and polishing crowning the frets with a Crimson Guitars fret crowning file polishing with 800, 1500 and 2000 grit paper buffing with a dremel cleaning up with a Crimson Guitars strop
