"Point Break Actual Pt 3" by Nutnfancy, Precision Bolt Gun Shooting

Night falls in the desert as we reach Point Break, a high and rugged outcropping on a mountain crest. BuggetNuster and I decide to have a go at the lased 740 yard high declination shot, very tough in the darkness. Making it worse are the valley winds which made it tough to hear the few hits we made...post production reveals two connections, miraculous given the distance, angle, and darkness. Scopes are discussed and put to their limits in this now-dark, favorite shoot location. We plan on returning and doing better, maybe ranging out to 1000 yards to the hill beyond (in thumbnail image). We don't want to leave. Hot chocolate, more stupid talk, and yet another great friend memory ensues. The sights are stunning.
