Palutena stopped laughing to look annoyed while Viridi and Chris laughed at her expense next. Chrom chuckled as well, further annoying her. "Anyways, your route is the importance of the Pair Up combo from your universe. It is the mechanic that involves two people fighting as one...or simply stepping in one after another," she said. "...In other words, Robin's Final Smash: Route Edition." Viridi and Chris laughed even more with a giggling Palutena. Chrom grunted even harder. "I-in any case," Chrom spoke through their laughter. "Pairing up with a kindred soul for battle is important in order to survive. Taking foes alone may be commendable, but all that matters is to live another day." As he said, the scene was filled out by all the people he had fought in his route, all walking in pairs. Pit happily went to Palutena, while Dark Pit reluctantly stood next to Viridi. Even Chris's Lucario showed up, happy to see his trainer in good spirits. "I've seen how the people gathered here know what I'm talking about." "From where we come from, we value our lives more than simple matters of honor and glory," the male Robin said. "My father speaks the truth," Lucina said, clearly proud of Chrom. "He's right, because I wouldn't get this far without Falco here supporting me," Fox boasted. Falco seemed to look annoyed with the crossed arms. Diddy boasted, standing on top of DK's back. "The real buddy relationship involves lots of bananas, and bananas on top of bananas. With some oranges thrown in," DK said. Everyone else exchanged strange looks. "Oh, puh-LEASE! I've done so many Mario Parties teaming up with Peach here that we got a much better pair thing going on! When in doubt, do Mario Party!" boasted Daisy loudly. Peach began by saying, "But don't those usually end with friendships getting brok-?" before Daisy covered her mouth in embarrassment. "It's only natural for us Belmonts to work very well together. Family ties are strong," Richter said. Simon looked confused. "Though I'm not sure we should brag. "T-this wasn't supposed to veer off into pairs competing against each other," he said. Pit gasped. "He said COMPETE AGAINST EACH OTHER! FIIIIIIIIGHT!" he yelled a battle cry, quickly lunging himself at Dark Pit, who was pushed into male Robin, whose book smacked the female Robin in her face, which made her swing her Levin's Sword in defense and electrocuted Falco in the face, which made him jump at them all in frustration, who caused Lucina to defend the male Robin by trying to slash Falco, who jumped too far back and pushed Fox back, who accidentally punched DK in the face and pretty much angered both apes to maul him, which caused the princesses to try to calm the apes from punching Fox on the floor any more than they have done (he was a bleeding mess), which caused the Belmonts to try to restraint the apes using their chains with no progress due to DK's fierce rage...
