In the video there were a mistake on instruction at 2:00 min should say mung bean and it’s a typo it show up as mung mean so sorry Nom pong on song នំពងអន្សង Dough : 2 cup of glutinous rice flour 1/2 cup rice flour 1/2 cup sugar 1 1/2 cup of coconut milk Filling: 14 oz mung bean 1/2 cup chopped green onion 4 Tbsp of chopped shallots 1/4 tsp salt 4 Tbsp sugar 4 Tbsp coconut milk The above filling I’m using half of it because I keep other half for next time use.
