Why I'm Starting Over from Zero - The DEAD ZONE for Small Creators

Eleven videos in, some with almost no views, and a hard truth I nearly didn't put on camera: I think I confused my own channel. Faces & Places Europe was always meant to be about the road, my wife and I selling the house, buying a motorhome, and travelling Europe. But I think I messed it up by posting photography content, because that's the comfortable skill after 45 years behind a camera. The problem is I already run a channel built purely for photography training, with its own audience who came for exactly that. Posting it here too may have sent YouTube (and viewers) a mixed signal about what this channel actually is. In this video: the real numbers from the first two videos, why the "dead zone" isn't just about waiting for the algorithm, and what I'm changing from here on out. If you're in your own dead zone right now, new business, new skill, new chapter, this one's for you too. #YouTubeDeadZone #NewChannel #MotorhomeLife #StartingOver
