Chest & Back workout with Deepak Bhaiya, Charchit Bhaiya & Arjun Bhaiya 💪 Couldn’t really talk during the workout because of the music, but next time I’ll try to speak more while training and make the workout part more engaging. I’ve only shown 1 set of each exercise because the vlog was already getting too long 😂 So I kept it short and simple.
