I Deconstructed Peach Cobbler Into a Plated Dessert

What happens when you take a traditional peach cobbler and completely rethink the presentation? 🍑 In this video, I’m making peach cobbler two ways using fresh peaches and homemade biscuit topping. First, I make a traditional peach cobbler with the peaches and biscuits baked together. Then I use the same idea to create my own version by baking the components separately and turning them into an individual plated dessert. Both start with fresh peaches, and both are made from scratch but the final results look completely different. I also share why I prefer using fresh peaches, how I control the sweetness in my desserts, and why plain Greek yogurt is one of my favorite toppings for peach cobbler.
