Spent the weekend at home with my mom and my niece 🥹 One of my favourite things about having my own home now is being able to have my family over and just spend time together. This weekend, I asked my mom to teach me how to make the spicy eggplant she gave me, and of course, we ended up making a Filipino dessert too. There’s honestly something so special about having my mom in my kitchen, watching her cook, asking her how she makes things, orlearning the recipes I grew up eating. It’s such a simple thing, but these are the moments I appreciate the most.
