At the wedding at Cana, Mary noticed what others had overlooked: the wine had run out. She did not wait for someone to ask for help. Her compassionate heart saw the need and responded. The priest reminds us that living like Mary means becoming attentive to the people around us. Sometimes the people who need our help may never ask. A kind word, a listening ear, a visit, a helping hand, or simply noticing someone's suffering can become an act of mercy. If we are truly children of Mary, our lives should reflect the heart of our Mother. ❤️ Notice those who are struggling. ❤️ Listen to those who feel forgotten. ❤️ Reach out to those in need. ❤️ Turn compassion into action. Let us ask ourselves: Am I attentive to the needs of the people around me? Do I notice when someone is hurting, or do I simply walk past?
