Bangkok Morning Walk | Phrom Phong → Asok → Nana | Thailand Ride (2026-09)

Walk from Phrom Phong toward Nana along Sukhumvit Road in the morning, following the ODD SIDE — the odd-numbered soi side of the street. Starting at 8:58 AM, this September 1 walk travels west through Sukhumvit, capturing commuters, traffic, hotels, local businesses, sidewalks, sois, and the everyday movement of central Bangkok. Although Phrom Phong and Nana are connected by the BTS Sukhumvit Line, walking between them reveals the street-level details that are easy to miss from the train. This return journey follows the ODD SIDE of Sukhumvit Road, giving a different perspective from the earlier Nana → Phrom Phong walk. There was also an interesting change near Phrom Phong. Earlier that morning, during the Nana → Phrom Phong walk, I passed the same area while workers were removing a fallen tree. When I came back through the area on this return journey, the scene had already changed and replanting work was underway. The road was the same, but the city had moved on. These small changes are one of the reasons I value continuous walking videos — they can preserve not only a route, but also a particular moment in the life of the city. The following morning, I returned once again to the same Phrom Phong → Nana route and filmed the EVEN SIDE, allowing both sides of Sukhumvit Road to be compared. No Cuts Unless Necessary. No talking.
