CRABAPPLE JELLY INGREDIENTS Follow the information bellow depending on how much fruit juice you have: 600 ml of juice + 450 grams of white sugar + 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. 1200 ml of juice + 950 grams of white sugar + 3 tablespoons of lemon juice. 1800 ml of juice + 1350 grams of white sugar + 4 tablespoons of lemon juice. 2400 ml of juice + 1800 grams of white sugar + 6 tablespoons of lemon juice. St. Matthews Church in the Glebe Ottawa created jelly from crab apples foraged from backyards and public parks to raise funds for indigenous communities in Northern Ontario.
