Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad - September 2025 (with Cab Footage)

A visit to the Durango and Silverton over 3 days in September 2025. Footage is presented in geographic order from Durango to Silverton and back, with cab shots mixed in with some of the external shots. There's some jumping back and forth between vertical and horizontal video in the cab - I learned first hand why the K-36s were/are considered rough riders at speed, and didn't want to venture too far at the risk of losing my phone. A huge thank you to the crew at the D&SNG - everyone was very welcoming, and it's easy to see the camaraderie within the company, as well as among the greater Railway Preservation industry. This was an unforgettable experience.
