Why do we feel so overwhelmed when we're doing everything we're supposed to do? In this video, we explore the efficiency trap—the idea that becoming more productive and efficient doesn't necessarily give us more free time, but can simply create space for even more work. Drawing on Oliver Burkeman's ideas about productivity, time management, and accepting our finite time, we look at why our to-do lists never seem to end, how efficiency can turn into burnout and busyness, and why getting better at doing everything may not be the answer. Instead, this video explores a different approach: choosing what actually deserves your time, protecting the things that matter, setting limits, and learning to be comfortable with leaving some things undone. If you've ever felt like you're constantly busy, falling behind, or trying to optimize your life just to keep up, this is a reminder that you don't have to do everything.
