Workshop on ‘AUM’

A workshop on AUM by Brother Sai Giridhar Sairam. Sai Giridhar Sairam was born to the pious couple Smt. Chitra Sairam and Shri. N. R. Sairam from Chennai, India. He was fortunate to join Sri Sathya Sai Higher Secondary School, in 1999 for his 11th Grade. Completed his bachelor’s and master’s degree in Chemistry by 2006 and went on to do master’s in philosophy program in 2008 - all from the Prasanthi Nilayam Campus of the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning (SSSIHL). In fulfillment of Bhagawan’s Divine directions he was blessed to complete his Ph.D. in 2017 in Clinical Bio-Chemistry (cardiology) on the topic "Early detection of Heart Disease in Asian Indians: Study of Bio Markers." He has over a decade of experience as a lecturer in SSSIHL for Awareness classes on various topics related to Indian scriptures, culture and spirituality based on Swami’s Divine Life, Work and Teachings, to both the Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) students of the Institute. He served as resident fellow in the Sri Sathya Sai Center for Human Values, Prasanthi Nilayam, A unit of the Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust for 6 years. Sai Giridhar is currently based out of Bangalore as a Transformational Life Coach and Wellness & Longevity Coach. He also conducts wellness retreats based on his years of learning and experience. He is currently serving as the Chief People Officer for a pharmaceutical company based on Swami's principles.
