Anglo Indian Drum Stick Beef Curry

This curry is a combination of drum sticks, potatoes and Meat. Drumsticks are known for its fine flavour even when cooked with other vegetables. We have used onions, tomatoes, curry leaves and other Masalas and also a little bit of coconut paste to bring out the real flavour of drumsticks and beef. Onions- 1 large. Tomato puree- 5 tomatoes ground. Curry leaf- small bunch. Coriander leaves- small bunch. Ginger garlic paste- 1 Tbsp. Dry Chilli powder- 5 tsp full. Coriander powder- 4 tsp. Cummin powder- 1 tsp. Turmeric powder- 1 tsp. Coconut- 1 small ground to paste. Oil as required.
