What happens to thousands of freshly harvested green coconuts after they arrive at a giant automated factory?
Follow the complete production journey as crystal-clear coconut water is extracted, filtered, carefully blended and pasteurized inside a modern processing facility. The prepared coconut water is then inoculated with a cellulose-producing culture and transferred into thousands of shallow fermentation trays.
Over time, thick pearly-white cellulose sheets form naturally on the surface. These flexible sheets are harvested, thoroughly washed, cut into uniform cubes, cooked and cooled to create the chewy texture of nata de coco.
The finished coconut jelly is soaked in crystal-clear syrup, inspected for size, purity and elasticity, then automatically filled into premium sealed cups.
From fresh green coconuts in a tropical plantation to translucent nata de coco served in fruit tea and desserts—this is the complete factory process.
