Germany & Austria Continued | Monastery Visits & Alpine Lakes | Episode 2

Join us for week two of our big trip in Dessie, our 20-year-old motorhome, as we continue through Germany and into Austria. Work kept us busier this week, but we still found time for beautiful woodland walks in the Bavarian countryside, a visit to Andechs Monastery near Lake Ammersee, and coffee and pastries along the way. Then it was onwards to Austria, where we had our first taste of the mountains and enjoyed some incredible lakeside scenery. We’re also sharing everyday life on the road—from shopping and laundry to the less glamorous job of emptying the motorhome toilet! It’s all part of making Dessie our home for this eight-month adventure. We finish with some of the beauty of the Austrian Alps. We hope you enjoy coming along with us.
