So, please enjoy this journey through the ghostly, ghoulish & macabre! This trip starts almost immediately at the Storer House (00:48) which is one of four Mayan Revival-style textile block houses that Frank Lloyd Wright built in Southern California between 1922-1934. The Storer House is notable for its richly textured concrete walls and is the only of its kind to employ multiple patterns on its blocks. As we wind our way across the West Hollywood Hills, we eventually make our way to Rising Glen Road. On December 20th, 2009, Brittany Murphy was found dead in her Rising Glen Road Hollywood Hills home (14:14). It was the house she had lived in since buying it from Britney Spears in 2003. Spears was apparently convinced the property was haunted, which in-part convinced her to sell the home. Brittany Murphy was only 32 years old at the time of her death. Five months later her husband, Simon Monjack, was also found dead in the same house, with a very similar cause of death.
