Race Track (1982) is a simple top-down racing game published for the early ZX Spectrum by ICL (International Computers Limited) as part of their Games 1 software compilation. Published by Sinclair Research / ICL for the ZX Spectrum 16K. Top-down arcade racing / race 'n' chase style. Players navigate a basic top-down circuit layout, trying to complete laps and achieve high scores in the early days of home microcomputers. This is one of the earliest games released on the Spectrum computer line, it shows a simple game that is playable but is not as fun as Horace it still shows the primitive start of the games we now take for granted 😉
