BW Integrated Systems’ Robotic Case Palletizer is a solution that was created for a client specializing in the production of IQF potato products. The robot End-of-Arm tool is designed to perform all aspects of building the full pallets including pallet handling, slip sheet placement and product handling. This palletizing solution was designed to palletize cases from 2 infeed conveyors onto 2 separate pallets with a single robot.
