Your mind does not have to solve anything else tonight.
Deep Sleep Session 20 from Moonlight Singing Bowls offers a gentle soundscape for nights when the body is ready for rest but thoughts are still moving.
Warm Himalayan singing bowl tones, soft harmonic layers, and spacious silence give your attention somewhere simple to return. You do not need to push thoughts away. Notice them, allow them to pass, and return to the next tone.
Rest is not something you need to earn or perform perfectly. Let the bed support you, allow your breathing to remain natural, and give your mind permission to stop working for the day.
This original recording contains no talking and no added background music.
ABOUT THIS RECORDING
I’m Hằng (Luna), the creator and performer behind Moonlight Singing Bowls.
For five years, I have practiced with Himalayan singing bowls and explored approaches influenced by Tibetan, Nepalese, and Indian sound traditions.
Every sound in this session was personally played and recorded by me using my own singing bowls. I use no stock recordings and no AI-generated music.
