Welcome to Deep Sleep Session 01—an original Tibetan singing bowl sound bath created for deep sleep, bedtime relaxation, and a calmer mind. Gentle vibrations, rich overtones, and spacious moments of silence invite your body to soften, your breathing to slow, and your thoughts to become quiet as you settle into rest. This recording contains no talking and no added music—only the pure, natural resonance of hand-played Himalayan singing bowls. ABOUT MOONLIGHT SINGING BOWLS I’m Hằng, the creator and performer behind Moonlight Singing Bowls. For the past five years, I have practiced with Himalayan singing bowls and explored playing approaches influenced by Tibetan, Nepalese, and Indian sound traditions. Every session is personally performed and recorded by me using my own collection of 14 singing bowls. No stock bowl recordings are used—the natural tones and overtones you hear come from my own instruments. Each sound journey is created with careful attention to tone, rhythm, silence, and resonance, offering you a peaceful space to slow down and reconnect with rest. PERFECT FOR • Falling asleep peacefully • Calming racing or repetitive thoughts • Releasing the tension of the day • Bedtime meditation and mindfulness • Creating a quiet atmosphere for rest • Gentle evening relaxation HOW TO LISTEN • Find a quiet, comfortable place where you will not be disturbed. • Lie down or sit in a naturally supported position. • Begin at a very low volume and increase it only if needed. • Use headphones for a more immersive experience or speakers for soft room-filling resonance. • Close your eyes, relax your jaw and shoulders, and allow your breathing to become slow and natural. • Do not try to follow every sound. Let the singing bowls remain gently in the background as you settle into rest. • If listening while falling asleep, keep the volume low and use a sleep timer if that feels more comfortable. • Stop listening if you experience discomfort, dizziness, anxiety, or unusual sensitivity to sound.
