MORE VICTIMS? Major Updates in the Horsch & Jesse Calhoun Cases

ITonight on Gray Hughes Investigates, we’re covering major new developments in two disturbing investigations involving multiple women: the Raymond and Eugene Horsch investigation in Philadelphia and the Jesse Lee Calhoun case in Portland, Oregon. Philadelphia — Raymond & Eugene Horsch Investigation The investigation surrounding the Horsch home on West Chew Avenue in Philadelphia’s Olney neighborhood continues to expand. Police say they are reviewing more than one million photographs and videos associated with the late Raymond “R.C.” Horsch. Investigators have identified nearly 60 people in the digital material. Five women appear in footage injured, unconscious, lifeless or possibly dead, while two additional women connected to the home remain missing. No bodies of those five women have been recovered. The investigation initially developed after authorities encountered Raymond Horsch’s son, Eugene Horsch, in June 2026. Eugene faces separate federal allegations, but he has not been charged with killing the missing women. Investigators continue trying to determine exactly what occurred inside the Chew Avenue property and what happened to the women connected with it. Portland — Jesse Lee Calhoun and a Sixth Alleged Victim We’ll also examine the newest development involving Jesse Lee Calhoun. Prosecutors have now charged Calhoun in connection with the death of a sixth woman, 32-year-old Elizabeth “Libby” Gibson. Gibson disappeared in 2022, and prosecutors believe she was killed on November 18, 2022. Her body has never been recovered. Calhoun was indicted on first-degree manslaughter in connection with her death. Calhoun already faces second-degree murder charges involving Charity Lynn Perry, Bridget Leann Webster, Joanna Speaks, Kristin Smith, and Ashley Real. These remain criminal allegations that have not yet been proven at trial.
