【虫の音/睡眠】稲穂ゆれる棚田の夜明け 60分〜兵庫・岩座神の棚田｜睡眠・作業・勉強｜自然音ASMR・音楽なし

兵庫県多可町、岩座神（いさりがみ）の棚田です。山あいの斜面に、石垣で組まれた小さな田が段になって重なっています。農林水産省の「日本の棚田百選」のひとつです。 2026年9月6日の朝。5時25分から6時35分まで、夜が明けていくあいだを撮りました。稲は実って、穂が垂れています。 音は同じ朝、同じ場所で、同時に録りました。聞こえているのは虫の音です。暗いうちからずっと鳴いていて、明るくなるにつれて鳥の声がまじります。 映像は4回に分けて撮ったものを、撮った順につないでいます。つなぎ目は4か所、1秒かけて重ねてあります。 音は1本の録音です。くり返しはありません。ただし、録音機に触れてしまった音と、近くで鳴いた鴉の声は外して、その前後をつなぎました。 編集で足した音はひとつもありません。音楽もナレーションもなく、AIで作った音も使っていません。 ────────────────────────── The Isarigami rice terraces in Taka, Hyogo, Japan. Small paddies rise in steps up the valley side, each held by a wall of stacked stone. They are one of the hundred rice terraces selected by Japan's Ministry of Agriculture. The morning of 6 September 2026, from 5:25 to 6:35, while the day broke. The rice had come into ear, and the heads hung heavy. The sound was recorded in the same place on the same morning, at the same time. What you hear is insects. They were calling while it was still dark, and birds come in as it grows lighter. The picture was filmed in four takes and joined in the order they were shot — four joins, each a second long, laid one over the other. The sound is a single recording. Nothing repeats. Where the recorder was touched, and where a crow called nearby, those moments were taken out and the sound joined again. Nothing has been added. No music, no narration, nothing generated by AI.
