Pastor Drives a Rolls Royce Onto the Stage (This Is Bad)

A pastor drove a Rolls Royce onto the stage during a sermon — and told his congregation they're a Rolls Royce too. Here's what's actually wrong with that, biblically. This teaching breaks down a viral clip from a megachurch service where the pastor used a Rolls Royce as a sermon illustration, never opened his Bible, and told his congregation that church is "in the entertainment business." We walk through what's actually missing from that moment, what Jesus's own use of parables and illustrations actually looked like, and what Acts 20 teaches us about the difference between entertaining people and teaching them the truth. You'll learn why Jesus riding a donkey into Jerusalem is the opposite message of a pastor arriving in a Rolls Royce Phantom, why comparing human creativity to God's creation is a bigger theological problem than it sounds, what Acts 20:9 (the story of Eutychus falling asleep during Paul's sermon) actually teaches about preaching versus entertaining, and the real signs that tell you whether a church is teaching Scripture or performing for attention. If you've ever walked out of a service feeling entertained but not taught, this is for you. 🎥 Subscribe to our Channel!    / @yourbibleuncovered   Timestamps: 0:00 — Pastor Drives a Rolls Royce Onto the Stage 0:34 — The Clip: "No, It's Godly" 1:33 — 10 Things Wrong With This Moment 2:11 — He Puts the Bible Down and Never Picks It Back Up 3:18 — "We Are in the Entertainment Business" — No, We're Not 4:45 — Jesus Rode a Donkey, Not a Rolls Royce Phantom 6:47 — Human Creativity vs. God's Creation — Not the Same Thing 8:48 — Parables Were Teaching Tools, Not Entertainment 10:20 — "You Are a Rolls Royce" — What's Actually Wrong With This 12:35 — Acts 20 — Eutychus Falls Asleep During Paul's Sermon 15:00 — Why Nobody in That Church Got Up and Left (And They Should Have) #bible #christian #pastor ❤️ ❤️ If you would like to support the channel head over to our Amazon store!
