Thermomix - Chicken Akhni

Chicken Akhni, One Pot Chicken and Rice – I like to call it my easy version of Biryani. Vibrant colours, fluffy rice and aromatic flavours make Akhni the dish that everyone loves. This is the ultimate comfort food that has all the flavours of Biryani minus the hard work and layering, and of course with a Thermomix, its super super easy! It is a Cookidoo recipe, serves 6 and is darn delish!
