MSFS 2024 VR Training 5.9 First Solo Helicopter

I learn that my trainer is scared to get in the cockpit with me. That's fair. NOTE Did not need to map any new buttons or voice commands: Engine Autostop = B button Rotor Brake = Slider X (right-most slider) TODO why does it pitch up aggressively when i'm pressing forward on cyclic stick; seems to keep happening around turns? (current guess is some assist) helicopter training was brutal; retry in career mode. New to flight sims trying to play Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 in VR from a couch (without Keyboard and Mouse).
