A Week in LA: Diplo, Rich Roll & 247 Represent

It was a great week and a shit week at the same time. A week in Los Angeles to get Mission America in front of more people. 50 marathons in 50 states in 24 days. Ultrarunning / Marathon training / Endurance training. Advice from Core about my heat training, a track session followed by a strength session at Gold's Gym with Represent 247 athletes and owners, second appearance on the Rich Roll Podcast, then a run with Diplo. Leaving Colorado cost me training days I didn't want to lose. Sunday still had the long run. Endurance running doesn't pause because the working week is busy.
