POSTPARTUM DAYS | Emotional Maintenance Plan

It's been a whirlwind of emotions these last 6 weeks as I am learning how to rest, recover and heal, and we are all learning how to adjust to having a new addition to the family. There is still so much I am learning going through this for a SIXTH time!
