Tim Stuart, Postdoctoral Fellow at the New York Genome Center, introduces Signac, an open-source R package for the analysis, interpretation, and exploration of single-cell chromatin datasets. Signac is designed for the analysis of single-cell chromatin data, including scATAC-seq, single-cell targeted tagmentation methods such as scCUT&Tag and scACT-seq, and multimodal datasets that jointly measure chromatin state alongside other modalities. This seminar is part of the Center for Integrated Cellular Analysis Virtual Series, a set of online talks discussing new computational and analytical methods for single-cell multi-omics.
