Cutting Out the Middleman: Argyll Update for September 21, 2026

The Argyll Project is a goal-driven orchestrator built almost entirely with Claude Code, Codex, and other AI tools. In this video, I cover this week's highlights: the engine is now an embeddable library you run inside your own program, argyll-gen turns the same annotated function into both an HTTP service and an in-process handler with no wire format in between, and the server gets demoted to a thin binary wrapped around the library.
