Plan B from Outer Space: Argyll Update for October 25, 2026

The Argyll Project is a goal-driven orchestrator built almost entirely with Claude Code, Codex, and other AI tools. In this update, I cover fallback goal sets: a Flow can declare a chain of alternatives, moving to the next set when the current goals can no longer succeed, reusing completed work and compensating steps on abandoned branches. I also introduce ArgEx, the Argyll Expressions language replacing JSONPath for conditions, filtering, data transformations, and Space selectors. Other highlights include more flexible output collection, explicit control over initial values, and simpler execution backed by timebox’s durable scheduler. We're getting close to a 0.1 release!
