Peach cookies 🍑

Ingredients: 2 eggs ( large) 130 g sugar ( granulated) 2 vanilla sugar ( or vanilla extract 1-2 tsp) 50 ml milk ( whole milk ) 175 ml oil ( vegetable) 40 g flour ( all purpose ) 8 g baking powder Mix all ingredients and let it rest in the fridge covered for 45minutes to 1 hour. Please watch my video for instructions, how to make peach cookies. 390 g flour ( all purpose) Filling : 1 cup of raspberry jam 2-3 tablespoons of Nutella For decorative part : 1/2 cup plain water ( add yellow food coloring) 1/2 cup plain water ( add red food coloring) 60 g sugar ( granulated) Baking dish size 15 x 21 .
