Building an Offset Smoker - Making the First Cut Into a Propane Tank (Smokerbuilder.com method)

In this video I filmed myself preparing and cutting a propane tank for use in a smoker project. This is a 250 gallon propane tank, partially filled with water and about a quart of Dawn dish soap. This is the method used by Smokerbuilder Frank Cox from Smokerbuilder.com. OBVIOUSLY - perform at your own risk, but this was how I did it.
