Orange Fish & Chocolate Pumpkin - Martian Cookery

I invent a LOT of dishes and this is the latest! Perfectly cooked Vietnamese catfish with a sticky, sweet, orange sauce and next to it on the plate: home-grown pumpkin, mashed with high purity cooking chocolate and a touch of chilli! Yum! There are various species of Vietnamese catfish labelled as "Basa".
