These Items Are Haunting My Inventory | Reseller Inventory Audit

Some inventory just refuses to leave. 👻 We’re back with Part 2 of our Reseller Inventory Audit, working our way through our resale inventory box by box and deciding what still deserves a spot in our business and what has officially overstayed its welcome. This time, I’m digging into more of the inventory that has been hanging around for WAY too long. Some pieces still have enough potential to be reworked and given another chance, while others have reached the point where I’m ready to stop waiting for the right buyer and move them into liquidation. Going through these boxes has been a good reminder of just how much our business, sourcing habits, and standards for inventory have changed over the years. An item may have made sense when we originally bought it, but that doesn’t necessarily mean it still makes sense for the business we’re running today. The Reseller Inventory Audit series is our attempt to finally work through years of accumulated inventory, reevaluate old buys, rework the pieces that still have potential, and let go of the inventory that no longer deserves the space it’s taking up. And somehow… we still have plenty more boxes waiting for us. 😂 If you’re a reseller, tell me in the comments: Do you have an item in your inventory that feels like it has been there FOREVER? 🛍️ Follow along with the full Reseller Inventory Audit series as we work through our inventory one box at a time. 👋 Don’t forget to like, subscribe, and turn on the notification bell so you don’t miss the next part!
